1. Acceptance and Alteration of Terms

We reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our online payment services, you must be a registered borrower/customer with a valid loan account with Sri Chakra Auto Finance and be legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are accessing this site on behalf of a corporate body, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity.

3. Online Payment Services

Our portal allows you to access outstanding loan accounts and make EMI or loan payments using third-party payment gateways (such as BillDesk and Razorpay). When using these services, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete payment account details.
• You are lawfully authorized to use the bank account, debit card, credit card, or UPI ID specified for the transaction.
• Payments are subject to verification and authorization by your card-issuing bank, net banking provider, or payment network.
• We are not responsible for transactions that are declined, delayed, or fail due to network connectivity issues, incorrect details, or bank server downtime.

4. OTP and Account Security

Access to your loan details is restricted via One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to your registered mobile number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile device and OTP codes.
• Immediately notifying us if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your registered mobile number.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments made towards EMIs, overdue charges, or other loan-related fees are generally non-refundable. In cases of duplicate payments, erroneous debits, or transaction failures where funds are debited but not credited to the loan account, refunds or account adjustments will be processed in accordance with our standard reconciliation cycle, in coordination with the payment gateway (BillDesk or Razorpay) and your bank.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our portal utilizes third-party payment gateways. Your interactions with these payment service providers are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy agreements. We accept no liability for any security breaches, service disruptions, or losses arising from third-party networks.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sri Chakra Auto Finance, its directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the online payment portal.
• Delay or failure of transactions due to bank server downtime or network issues.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transaction data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, button icons, images, templates, and software, is the property of Sri Chakra Auto Finance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
